Noble Road Blewitt Springs Grenache 2017

Vines planted 1980. Fermented wild before spending 18 months in French oak.

Raspberry, red roses and dry spices. It’s light and frisky, almost nervy, but the flavours have good straight-out appeal and, even in the face of alcohol heat, semblances of delicacy. I’d drink it now but there’s no reason why it won’t hold and mature over the coming handful of years.
