Medhurst Estate Chardonnay 2017

I’ve got pretty nice hair, by wine industry standards at least, and winemaker Sim Steele has some of the best eyebrows in the business. He’s got a Thunderbird kind of vibe happening, and certainly, he’s been pulling some strings during his tenure at Medhurst. This Chardonnay is tight!
