Keith Tulloch Chardonnay 2018

From the ‘Bin 688’ vineyard in Broke, and the McKelvey vineyard in Pokolbin. Interestingly, they make a pied de cuve in the vineyard as a starter for fermentation, which is kind of cool, and unexpected. Whether the yeasts in the winery take over the ferment is perhaps unknown.
