Jim Barry Watervale Riesling 2018

Old Faithful. Trusty stalwart at Chinese restaurants, big bottle shops, and all manner of places.

Slight estery banana perfume, lime and lime leaf. Bursting with flavour, balanced acidity, slightly rugged in texture and acidity, but in a sort of robust and friendly way – an over-firm handshake – vanilla and floral trails on a rock solid finish. Good one.
