Gaelic Cemetery Premium Riesling 2018

Now called ‘Premium’ in order to disambiguate a tricky nomenclature.

Lemon, citrus blossom, some lavender and briny scents. It’s intense and a little grainy, plenty of lemon sorbet over lime, flinty and chalky texture, intensity and flavour, but some coarseness to the acidity hangs out on the finish, which gives me pause. Needs a little time, this one.
