Domaine Raveneau Chablis Butteaux 1er Cru 2013

ButteauxThe 2013 vintage came with some challenges, warm and fast, fear of rot, grapes had to be harvested fairly rapidly. Quality-wise, Chablis producer claim a fair and true vintage, with balanced wines from best growers. I see a fair bit of loose-knit texture, extra richness and early maturity, but that’s not for all wines, of course.
