Yeringberg Chardonnay 2011

Single vineyard wine grown on vines planted in 1974 and 1981. The wine goes through a full malolactic fermentation – 30 percent wild ferment – and sees 30 percent new oak (left to mature on its lees) for 11 months. Production is 240 dozen.
