Whisson Lake Le Gris de Noir 2011

Well here’s an interesting wine. Pinot Noir that’s not white, rosé or red – pressed and then straight into barrel. I have the feeling that winemaker Tom Munro is a bit of a quirky individual, and so far, have to say I like the cut of his gib.
