Tonic Wines Nebbiolo 2016

It’s Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo, it’s good, and that’s all I know about it.

Smells and tasted authentic. No sign of oak. Leather, rose petals, black cherry and spice. Maybe some anise but in modest measure at most. A general kind of earthiness, almost into rust. Dry and savoury. Exquisitely balanced. Wine to savour.
