Mayer Dr Mayer Pinot Noir 2016

The 100% whole bunch extravaganza from Timo Mayer. All fermented in the picking bins where straight from the vineyard. About 10% (or less) is new oak. “Stalks are the best thing you can drink. Savoury. It takes away the sweet fruit”, nice words from Timo on his approach.
