Sandhurst Ridge was one of the wineries involved I’m pretty sure - add that to the roll call.

It has been a few years since I have been there, however The Sandhurst Club is quite exclusive in Bendigo, and generally has a strong list of local and other wines. It has a beautiful garden area for events and they hold regular wine dinners of interest. The last that I attended was in conjunction with Tahbilk.

It’s a Bendigo Mens club, very old school, I have enjoyed many a fine wine in theri cellar.

Oh, and it was around $50 a bottle , mainly only available to Members of the Sandhurst Club.

na EB, I was told it was not that much. $25 i am pretty sure.
Certainly chocolatey on the palate with a degree of sweet mint of spice on the nose as described -very central Vic and very much what the old boys like to drink with their lunch….

If anyone wants to verify the price, Bendigo wine identity Wes Vine (Mandurang Valley) put this together -he would be the best person to speak to 0417 357688
