SubRosa Grampians Shiraz 2015

SubRosaFrom a vineyard that Sub Rosa manage themselves. Only nine rows of shiraz in this vineyard. Natural ferment, de-stemmed fruit, hangs out in used oak for a while, no filtering or fining. “Kinda wanted it fresh and approachable”, says winemaker Adam Louder.
