Seville Estate Pinot Noir 2014

Pinot noir from one of the Yarra’s finest producers.

Attractive mix of savoury leaf and spice with ripe, fleshy fruit. Almost an autumnal style but the fruit has plenty of stuffing. Plum, cranberry and woodsmoke before savoury characters take over. Tannin grips marginally too keenly but it will relax.
