Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling 2017

Petaluma’s Hanlin Hill Riesling was, for a long time, a staple.

It’s always had a different personality. Or different to the mainstay of Care Valley riesling. The flavours are more intense, more generous, more welcoming in their youth. Riper, oftentimes. This is in that vein; you would call it mouthfilling. Ripe lime and general citrus notes (including mandarin), a textural element, a sheer drinking deliciousness, and a reasonably sustained finish.
