Noon Eclipse Grenache Shiraz 2015

The 2015 wines were released in Oct/Nov of 2016, but hey, first viewing for me (never been sent samples). I tried this on a table in a Seoul, Wine Australia tasting. Ballroom wines. Curiosity piqued. The 2015 season for Noon produced ‘generous wines’, which is off a pretty high bar! The estate grenache is of course planted 1930s, unirrigated, bush vine, treated with copper and sulphur (only if required), and nothing else. The graciano and shiraz portions are from another McLaren Vale vineyard. (90% Grenache, 3% Shiraz and 7% Graciano)
