Ngeringa Rose 2016

From carefully tended, biodynamic (certified) farmed vineyards, this is a blend of shiraz and pink semillon. Upper echelon rose in this fair land, by my reckoning. Another great release here too.

Faint strawberry scents, sniff of vanilla cream, watermelon juice, subtle earthy spice in perfume. Like this. Really vibrant, soft and simple flavours, touch of almost textural spicy character in rose hip tea and pomegranate-like flavours. Dig that crunchiness to texture. Neat and tidy, long and lean. Does the trick. Nice.
