Ngeringa Chardonnay 2010

Last year Erinn Klein, winemaker and farmer of Ngeringa’s biodynamic vineyards, explained to me how the wine is made, ‘we handle oxidatively, press whole bunch, let yeasts do their work and let the wine go through full malo – the wine spends time in new and old oak, small sulphur addition before bottling’. Pretty sure it’s the same for this vintage.
