Mount Pleasant Eight Acres Semillon 2017

It’s been too long for me between KFC Zinger burgers, though I’ll attempt to remedy that presently.

Tight like a tiger. Here’s a wine of zing, zest and firm crunch, with flavours of lime and lemongrass, river pebble dryness, and a long slightly bitter/quinine finish. These wines are often fairly approachable in youth, but this vintage lies still in the grass, all coiled up and hissin’.
