    I agree, The Red is a very good wine which seemed to be more at peace with it’s self on the second night. I thought the tannin structure a little blocky though, but then again I don’t know much about good Merlot.

    This wine reminded me strongly of the 2000 Bannockburn shiraz with the fruit profile…a very interesting style and one that I quite like.
