Massena Dadds Block Primitivo 2016

I wonder if Dadds Block got a stern letter from A Certain Champagne House like d’Arenberg did once..? Unlikely, considering it’s probably a historical surname, but hey, it’s topical. It’s a ‘picked early’ style yet still chimes in with 14% alcohol – the blessings of the Barossa. The slick texture, density and dark fruit speak of another kind of picking, but hey, this kind of style is found in breakfast bowls from Angaston to Gawler and back.
