Mada Wines Riesling 2017

Hamish Young is running at full tilt. These Mada Wines have been a small revelation for me, brilliant in their personality, intriguing expressions of Canberra District and surrounds. This wine is now sourced from a single site, a vineyard well-loved, set on the eastern flank of Murrumbateman. The wines sees around 1/3 getting a four week skin maceration in ceramic egg. No additions aside SO2. Nice work, Mishywishy, as they call him, or at least I do.
