Les Fruits Loiraine Sauvignon Blanc 2016

Biodynamic farmed vineyard in Gumeracha, sees about 25% skin contact and maturation in barrel. From wine impresario Tim Stock. Made at Commune Of Buttons, by Tim’s hands. Enquiries via www.vinous.com.au

Comely scents of lemon curd, sea spray, jasmine, green tea. Tea with lemon to taste, tangy and fresh, crisp edged and ever so gently savoury. Has some light grip and plenty of refreshing pucker. Very serious feeling white of high interest and drinkability. What a super wine.
