Lark Hill Viognier 2018

Viognier is the final scene of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid final scene starring Canberra District and Yalumba. That being said, you can view that last scene and imagine in an alternative ending scenario Butch and the Kid get away.

Floral notes, light grassiness, just ripe apricot, slightly waxy character. Succulent in the palate, good length, light powdery chewiness, spongey yet mouthwatering finish. Has some richness, concentration of flavour, but a general zing to acidity that keeps things in check. Lovely vibes.
