Koerner Cannonau 2017

Grenache by another name in labelling and in style. A lighter, much so, expression of South Australian staple. Here, two younger gen dudes, brother Koerner, crack a whip at a grenache vineyard (Gullyview) to hurry it into this young, fresh release. Well done too. The heavy, deep punted bottle almost diametrically, ironically opposed to the style. Keep us on our toes!
