Jansz Tasmania Premium Cuveé NV

I opened this alongside the 2004 Jansz ($39.95) and for what it is, preferred drinking the lower priced NV. I’d also add that I did not think the standard Domaine Chandon NV was much chop (coarse but ok) and the 2005 Wolf Blass Gold Label Pinot Chardonnay ($25.95) looked harsh and edgy. Bleh. So this was the pick of the bunch.
