I don’t have exact percentages but Henschke’s Euphonium is a shiraz-based red with inputs from cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc. (Edit:¬†57% shiraz, 26% cabernet sauvignon, 12% merlot and 5% cabernet franc.)
