Harvest by Unico Zelo Sauvignon Blanc 2016

harvest-sbThe arrangement sounds kinda good here – local growers around the winery of Unico Zelo are paid for their fruit but also get a cut of the profits of the wine, or so I understand it. A partnership. I’m not sure quite how that works, as I assume fruit is paid for, but it kind of sounds like a negociant style thing, more or less. Anyway, it’s a concept writ large in the branding of this wine from Birdwood, Adelaide Hills
