Gembrook Hill Pinot Noir 2008

Gembrook Hill wines are made by Timo Mayer and Andrew Marks. It could well be the best winemaking duo in the country – though admittedly they have some stiff competition. That a tiny estate like Gembrook Hill has such winemaking nouse at their disposal though is quite remarkable. I’ll be writing an article on Gembrook Hill shortly. It’s long overdue.

And I’ll also be reviewing the Wanderer Pinot Noir 2008 – Andrew Marks’ personal label – either later today or tomorrow. It’s outstanding too.
