Gaelic Cemetery Celtic Farm Riesling 2018

I’ve not yet formed an opinion on 2018 Clare Valley Riesling, or maybe I have, but it’s not a firm one.

Lavender scented, lime and lemon, and lemon verbena. It’s juicy and straight-down-the-line in style, and despite the low alcohol, does carry richness and flavour. Some sour tang and citrus peel character, pretty good finish, but presents, perhaps appropriately, in a no-nonsense kind of rugged way. Good drink.
