Fallen Giants Block 3 Shiraz 2017

Grampians shiraz. From a specific patch of a vineyard planted in 1969.

Such a pretty wine. Peppery and perfumed. The florals, the red and black cherries, the secret nuts and spices. It’s a fine-grained, intricate, elegant red but it is by no means underpowered. It blooms in the mouth and it finishes with a satisfying push. Just lovely.
