Evans & Tate Butterball Chardonnay 2015

This is the wine they didn’t want you to know about. Or at least, the wine that would never be sent out as a media sample. It’s been a hit in the marketplace over the past couple of years, or so. I went out and bought a bottle to see what the fuss. Cost me $20, which surprised me. I’d imagined it wouldn’t be as “fully priced” as that. It wasn’t the only surprise.
