De Bortoli Estate Grown Chardonnay 2008

I found it hard to make up my mind on this De Bortoli Estate Chardonnay. I loved it at first, then cooled on it, then came back to somewhere in-between. Possibly because it’s so young. Possibly because I’m just having one of those days. Possibly because it’s made in a fairly – but not excessively – lean style.
