Dalla Mia Finestra Shiraz 2014

Tasted alongside the 2013, and the vintage character is quite different, though I like them equally for different reasons.

Suggestion of stalkiness but freshness and vitality too. Redcurrant, fennel seed, spice and plum, freshly cut roses. Medium bodied, firm tannin with a sappy core of red fruits, a certain firmness to it, but I very much like the structure and feel. Dried herb finish carrying a subtle gustatory bitterness.
