I carry a mobile as a need, not as a desire.

NOTE ON WINE SAMPLES SENT FOR POSSIBLE REVIEW:
All wine samples should be posted to the above address. Please note that I do not guarantee that every (or any) sample will be reviewed - be judicious in what you send. Unless you think you have an exceptional example, please do not send samples of root beer, ginger beer, mead, chenin blanc, or pinot blanc, as quite a few of these make me queasy. Furthermore, I do not have an audience for reviews of these beverages - and if I do, I'm not keen to encourage them. Please also bear in mind that I currently receive somewhere between 7000 and 10,000 wine samples per year, and so it is a good idea to send a list of what you intent to send - so that I can let you know what I am likely to taste (bearing in mind that I do not review every wine that I taste) in the near future. I need samples, I love samples, but please give due thought to what you send. Please also remember that The Wine Front is heavily biased towards red wine of all sizes, varieties and hues, and also to chardonnay, riesling and sparkling. Go easy (pleasey) on the pinot gris (y), the rose, and the sauvignon blanc. Now, I feel better. Bring it on - I love wine, and I need wine samples.

And just to repeat myself, samples should be sent to:

Campbell Mattinson
Publishing Editor, The Wine Front

6864 Great Alpine Road
PO Box 541
Porepunkah Victoria Australia
