Claire Naudin Clematis Vitalba 2016

Named for one of the flowers (wild) found in the vineyard. Older vineyard, natural fermentation, no additions until the end (sulphur in low quantity), no filtering. Claire Naudin says “I’m pretty lazy”, but of course she is joking, it takes a lot of concentration to make wine this high quality, this way.
