Chateau Haut-Brion 1995

I found my missing notebook the other day, so I can continue with a few top end wines. I love Haut Brion, it’s the quintessential Englishman’s Claret. This was tasted in a bracket with the ‘75 and ‘85 but sadly no ‘05 as the eagle had not yet landed (and is not likely to land at our place either, even though it’s arguably the bargain amongst the Firsts, all things being equal).
