Cascabel Tempranillo Joven 2009

Nice wine this. Unfamiliar with Cascabel, although I see Mattinson is better acquainted.

Bright and juicy with punnets of squished strawberries, a little spice, rose oil and lemon rind. It’s medium bodied, tangy fresh with plenty of juicy fruit and fairly firm tannins pulling through dry and grainy on the finish. Excellent quaffing food style with a little bit extra. Decided to give it a bonus point for function and style.
