Brown Brothers Pinot Noir Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier NV

Brown Brothers’ sparkling whites are often underestimated. They’re routinely the winery’s best offerings – and beat most, if not all, in their class.

Terrific really. Of course you have to factor in price but for the dosh, this is a lovely bottle of bubbles. It tastes of green and red apples and has lots of lemony, sherberty tang, its inherent yeastiness completely integrated into the fresh fruit drive of the wine. It finishes toasty and has remarkable length. Great value.
