Brokenwood Indigo Vineyard Viognier 2008

Brokenwood’s Indigo Vineyard at Beechworth was planted in 1999, so the vines should just now be enterting maturity. This viognier was fermented and matured in aged French oak – though you’d be hard-pressed to taste oak in the wine. A good thing.
