Bay of Fires Pinot Noir 2017

One of the better winery names going around. So evocative.

It’s a Pinot Noir of depth and earthiness, laden with spice and dark cherry flavour. Graphite tannin is firmly bedded down in its core, pleasing autumnal flavour, good flavour and expansion through the mouth, and the finish is not left wanting. A little amaro bitterness tunes up the aftertaste. Much to enjoy here.
